It was a delight working with Dimpi. She is our agent for past 10 years. This is a 3rd transaction we had in past 10 years. Dimpi got our single family home under contract in a day after we made a decision to sell (in fact the house went on a contract even before it was listed) and it was above market price. Frankly when it was time for us to sell our house, I talked to at least 5 other agents and found that Dimpi was the one who had a local knowledge and process expertise. We bought our second and current home through Dimpi and realized the difference a good realtor makes. At every stage of the process, our experience with her was very different from the first one; to share a few - (1) she showed us a handful of home before we selected, as she clearly understood our requirements and was selective in showing homes which were relevant, versus 60 homes we saw the first time (2) during negotiation process she shared her opinion and gave space for us to take the decision versus being prodded / pushed to take a decision in the first one (3) during home inspection and there after she managed the process so well while we had to fend for ourselves in the first one. We can go on and on. If we had to give one recommendation to anyone and specially our friends as they decide to buy or sell a house, it would be to start the process by selecting a good realtor like Dimpi.
